Editorial policy
Prime Community News aims to be clear about what a story says, what it does not establish and how readers can contact us about an error. We write for general readers and treat community life as varied rather than as one standard experience.
Accuracy and context
We check names, wording and factual details against material available to us before publication, and we take care not to present an example as universal. Where a point is uncertain or depends on place, we aim to say so plainly. We do not claim research, access or first-hand experience that we have not established.
Independence and partners
Editorial decisions are kept distinct from commercial arrangements. Any paid or otherwise supported material is labelled clearly so readers can distinguish it from editorial coverage. Partner placements are identified as such, and a partnership does not guarantee favourable editorial treatment.
Corrections
If you spot a factual error or missing context, please use the Contact page and tell us which story and detail you mean. We review correction requests and, when a change is warranted, update the wording in a way that makes the correction clear to readers.
Illustrations
Some illustrations may be generated with artificial intelligence. When an illustration is AI-generated, we identify it as such; illustrative images are not presented as documentary evidence of a real event.
